I saw it tonight.

It's good. Really good, IMHO.

Who knew Phoenix and Witherspoon could sing?

I can't wait to see it.

I think I saw that Joaquin Phoenix doesn't do his own singing. Is that not true?

Reese Witherspoon makes me want to kill puppies. It's Johnny Cash though, so I'll see it anyway.

I think Joaquin Phoenix is one of the few actors the right age with enough talent to play a presence like Johnny Cash. I definitely expect it to be good.

The both of them do their own singing, and I thought they did it well.

I saw a 5 minute clip of it on MTV, and I was floored. His delivery is perfect, and the way everything is done was amazing.

I can't wait to see the rest.

what the fuck is up with good movies being ruined by people I hate these days? when I first heard Ridley Scott was making a film about the crusades I was all "omg" but then I found it was starring Orlando Bloom and it turned to "wtf?1/?1"

Me too. But in a good way.

This is one of the few movies I actually really want to see.
And I love Reese Witherspoon.

I haven't much liked Reese Witherspoon up until now either, but I think she really nailed this character. They both did.

The face she makes to try and get Ryan Philippe to laugh in the convertible in Cruel Intentions is the single most terrifying moment in the history of film.

I can't wait to see this movie.

umm, have none of you seen cruel intentions, reese witherspoon was amazing in that movie. i was surprised she didnt recieve an oscar nomination. and sarah michele was dead on in that movie too.

as for "walk the line" i dunno. johnny cash is a little too country music for my tastes. i cant wait for the kevin federline biopic staring paul reubens and cher as britney.
