I'm guessing you probably don't go to the theatre.
But being a member of this site, I'm also guessing you're probably more into art, music, and culture than the average individual. You're probably more likely to go to art house films, listen to indie bands, maybe you're an artist yourself.
So why don't you go to the theatre? What is it about theatre that turns you off? What can they do to get you interested?
I have been to the local theater a few times, but I don't go often because A) I'm too lazy to keep up with the schedule, B) I'm not familiar with the material performed (you don't see commercials for plays) and too lazy to look it up, and C) I work until 11pm most nights.
were you referring to live theatre or the movie theatre? I don't go to either much, because I'm too broke. But I've seen a few plays at least 30 times each, because I was doing sound and lighting.
i'm with you on this one.
however my hatred for people is closely followed by my lack of money.
i love the theatre and i would go everyday if i could have somesort of VIP seating arrangement haha...

Live theatre? Movie theatres? This is so vague! And, I go to all kinds of theatres. The main thing that keeps me away is that I'm poor, so I can't afford to see as many plays as I'd like (this isn't as much of a problem with films, because I just wait until they are a few months old and are now playing in the $2 theatre).
