I was a bit surprised to see there isn't a thread specifically about the movie (at least I couldn't find one).

I just watched it again, and as I know pretty much nothing about computers, I've decided every detail of it is accurate.

And Angelina Jolie is wearing a see through shirt in one scene for some excellent casual gratuitous nudity.

And 28.8 bps is very fast.

I know a lot about computers and I don't give two flying fucks on Sunday if it's accurate. It's still awesome!

yeah, i wouldn't really call it accurate, but its fun to watch. razor and blade throw me off a little, the scene where they're going down the street and all the lights change is sweet, and the music totally made me a fan of techno. also, angelina jolie is hot.

you know, i made it a point that Hackers was the first movie i ever bought on DVD.

I refute your note by citing the existence of Lord Nikon.

Haha - I love this movie. Angelina Jolie and Johnny Lee Miller were even married for a while. Additionally, I would still do Matthew Lillard - though I'd take him in Scream over Hackers.

MESS WITH THE BEST, DIE LIKE THE REST!

Come on Shalome, hacking WOULD be more glamorous if their was more lighting up your aliases in huge building windows, Tron-esque hacking graphics, and Angelina Jolies on motorbikes.

This movie is a guilty pleasure of mine. Sit around with all my friends and nerd it up, screaming nasally "RAGE ARCHITECTURE WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING!" and "MY GLAAAAHSES!"

Ahhh, good times, good times.

Pretty cool soundtrack, though.

I'm pretty sure that's what Angelina Jolie was trying to say but was too busy looking straight into a projector.
