just expressing the mass annoyance of 90% of girls dressing up as "slutty random thing WITH WINGS!!^%!@!1"

While we're having a discussion here, why is dressing sexy considered 'slutty'?

maybe because when you ask most of the girls what they're dressed as, the word 'slutty' is usually in there somewhere.

Oi... I'm uber-pissed at the wing thing. When I was in high school I spent time making all my wings for my costumes (succubus and a garbage fairy), of course along with the rest of the get up... everyone loved them, wanted me to make them for them etc... cause I was pretty much the only on in them. It was great... now there are girls running around at work in wings and a little dress calling themselves fairies as a costume....

Haha. Try getting wings tattooed on you only to see one million other girls (and guys) with them a year later. (Honestly, I don't care... I just think it's silly to get so worked up over a costume.)

I bought hand-made feather wings off of eBay around five years ago, and they cost me around $90... I don't mind that other people are wearing them now, but boy, it sure did suck to find them at the costume store the next year for $20.

Lol. Your's were probably better quality.. but yeah, I can see that being a bit up-settting... at least the ones I made I can't find anywhere else..

lol my best friend totally wore wings, a black jumpsuit with black uggs last year. But in her defense we weren't planning on doing anything and last second we decided to go to this party and we couldnt find anything at Walmart which was the only place open at 9pm where you could buy a costume.

One time when I was 15 I REALLY wanted to SPOOK the living shit out of everybody.

So I put on a suit and tie, and donned a badge that said IRS AGENT on it. I knocked on everybody's doorsteps claiming that their alleged "tax exemptions" violated code 821 (I just made up some bullshit), and that I was a member of the IRS who had come to seize their assets.

For some people...... the nightmare was far tooooooo real! I think deep down it hit so close to home it probably wasn't even funny for any of them! XD

Oh well. At least I got my lulz that year.
