I can honestly say I love them both equally. Pancakes are a bit more fun to make for me, but sometimes I just gotta have a Waffle.

Shit.. we need to have another SG International Day of Pancakes,

Pancakes are my go to staple, and they never let me down.

Waffles are that frilly step up, the occasional treat that I dress up allfancy like with little bits of walnut, and lots of fruit and whipped cream.

Waffles are my pretty princess prom dress, and pancakes are my jeans. Damn , them jeans is comfy, but sometimes you just want to put on the velvet and feel like a woman.


Hmmm... my analogy went places I didn't expect.

All with maple syrup and BACON!

On the plus side, I didn't try and work my feelings on crepes and french toast into my analogy.

Definitely waffles. Their structurally superior. Nuff said.
