That is bullshit data if taken from everywhere. I hope these poll takers are not fools, thier link is down as of 10/11 @ <11pm. Besides I know people who purposely mix race just to piss off mom, dad, granny or papa or like to call any animal that is different "african-ized".

What the crap are you babbling about? This isn't from "the media." It's the results from a Gallup Poll, which are generally accepted as statistically pretty accurate. These results correspond to trends reported by just about every study of attitudes toward interracial dating in the last 10 years. Also, your anecdote, which appears to be an attempt to debunk the results of the poll, actually proves its point, since older generations are, according to the poll, less likely to accept interracial dating.

Mixed-race kids too are always the cutest and always seem to grow up looking even better then us 'single-raced' folk. As if we don't already know everything is better when we get along, the aesthetics of genetics just prove it even more

All my friends (who are of a wide variety of races) and I date pretty much every race you can think of. It's just not something we think about when we become attracted to someone. I'm glad the majority of people have similar opinions.

How bizzare, thats the exact same argument my grandmother gave me. At least about 'how hard it would be for the children.'

You think that's bad, someone my age once said she disapproved of interracial dating because it would be hard on the children. What children?!? I guess she was one of the 5%.
