Probably the best season they ever had. One thing troubles me though. Bart is voiced by a girl, so sometimes his voice is kind of cute and I'm not ashamed to admit that.

ah, yes. season six, good...but i'm always pulling out the DVDs for three and four. you can't go wrong with "flaming moe's," "kamp krusty," "bart the lover," "bart the murderer," and "marge vs. the monorail." and i'm leaving out too many other favorites!
a very happy discussion.

a very sad discussion.
trying to figure out exactly where it all went to hell. and people shouldn't fool themselves because it used to be the high-water mark for television, i've been a huge fan, but this sucker has been long gone for a good number of years.

Regardless of my repressed homo-toon sexuality and the show's decline in recent years, the unedited episodes they have on the DVD are amazing. I'm shocked to see some of the forgotten jokes that have been cut for syndication and haven't been seen since the orginal airdate.

Mayor Quimby tending marijuana plants in his office closet?! Say what you will about it now, but the show lacks some balls.

i think acording to my book about the simpsons

the golden age ended with the episode when the real Seymore Skinner came back

the one at the end were he's tuyed to a train carrage and there all sentance to not talk about it ever again unless tehy want to be toarchard
