There's still several months to go in this year. Couldn't you stretch it out to best animated movie in the last two years? Although that would mean it was up against SpongeBob SquarePants.

I liked it. It was too short and lacked some setup time and resolution, but I gave it a big thumbs up.

Also,

She's hot. love

Wallace & Gromit. Which may well be better, because it's got Wallace and Gromit in it.

Oooh, tough choice...

I thought it was awesome. But not as good as, y'know... Nightmare.

Also, I liked it, but it was no Nightmare Before Christmas, which hopefully means a lack of stupid Hot Topic merchandise everywhere. Danny Elfman did a great job, but I couldn't help but feel that there was no "What's This?" among the songs; nothing I came out humming. It desperately needed a denouement, too. Still, it was quite fun.

I could've done without the worm and the cliched Peter Lorre (that's his name, right?) voice. 'Twas seriously great, though.

I agree she is hot love

I also agree it was a little short ... plus this is probably just me but the new Harry Potter trailer made me so excited for it that I was sitting there wishing I was watching HP instead

Now I regret showing up a bit on the late side. I didn't see the Harry Potter trailer, and it's for what might be my favorite of the books.

Sooooooo much hotter than Victoria. Not that I wouldn't have done her too... but Emily was just like... DAMN! When she had that scene where she was laying down and it showed the outline of her hips... whew... hot.

Huh. I **LOVED** Nightmare Before Christmas, love, love, love, but I thought this one was just "okay". Nothing about it apart from the visual style was memorable, and even in that department it paled compared to Nightmare. And the songs just flat out sucked.

Dude, did you see James and the Giant Peach? Randy Newman is really talented, so I thought they'd be great, but it was nothing short of embarrassing.

Then again, I can sing a couple bars of those songs, so at least they were memorable; I remember the theme to The Corpse Bride during the titles, but I'll be damned if I could even hum one of the songs.
