Has anyone ever heard of the HARP conspiracy? My boyfriends hobbie is searching for weird conspiracy theories & HARP is the theory that the gov. is controlling the weather..I believe that books have been published on this theory...I love the crazy weather man shit..maybe he got hit on the head by too much hail.
