Johnny Depp always has been one of our favorite and best actors but even he remembers his bad reputation. While we doing our interview a tray of glasses was dropped in another room with a loud crash. Johnny laughed and said "You saw me here. I couldn't have done it! I'm going to get blamed for that."
Even just using his voice in the stop-motion animated Corpse Bride, the power of Depp comes through.
Corpse Bride is set in a 19th-century European village and follows the story of Victor [Johnny Depp], a...
It's always a pleasure to hear Mr. Depp speak about the craft.
To any writers or actors who happen to be reading this, consider the homework assignment I've just given myself:
Go to a public place and observe people interacting. If someone really fascinates you, but isn't interacting with anyone, try and interact with that person. They might blow you off or think you're hitting on them. So what? Just observe and absorb the ways in which they reject you if it comes to that. If you remain even-keeled, you can learn just as much from negative interaction as positive.
JD: I've learned to condition myself to not have any expectations in terms of box office because as you well know that kind of thing escaped me for many years. So it's relatively a new experience to have more than a few people go and see my films, but it's very exciting. But literally that whole part of the process is so foreign to me and so distant that just two or three weeks ago, I called my agent Tracy [Jacobs] and said, "Is Charlie doing okay?" She said, "Yeah. It looks like it's going to cross the $200 million mark domestically." I said, "Well, is that good?" She said, "Yeah, it's very good. Don't worry."
yeah, right.
$200 million...is that good? i am so far removed i don't know.

I love that his daughter read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory before her dad play Wonka. It makes me think that he's raising his kids right. I'm always interested in what this man has to say.

YES! He is the perfect man! Why must he be so inaccesible? WHY?
Johnny Depp crushers should go see Happily Ever After ASAP. In addition to the fact that it's an all-around great film, Depp has a small but pivotal part that's designed to make you swoon.
If you happen to live in Portland, it's currently playing at your friendly neighborhood Hollywood Theatre. What could be better than that?
I wonder if when he reads about people declaring undying...fuck...for him...he gets a little weirded out...
Ha I know I do.. *sounds of desert winds on barren tundra*..
Yeah..anyway I'm sending this interview to a good friend of mine...She'll be glad to hear that Mr Depp thinks of his fans as "his boss"...I'm sure she'll come up with an interesting job description for him.
P.s he's not the perfect man...He smokes...Not that anyone cares....huh.
Depp and his love for what he does is nothing short of amazing and totally inspiring!
*crosses fingers* I do hope that Keith Richards will be in Pirates, then I can make my dad watch a movie with Johnny Depp in it. He always makes fun of me for liking him
