Raiders of the Lost Ark was my first and is still one of my favorite movies of all time. That and maybe Ghostbusters.

i watched this movie sooo many times as a kid.

I used to love that fucking movie!

My aunt taped it off HBO for me. This was on the same tape as "Light Moments in Sports, 1986".

I wore that tape out.

This was followed by Newsies and Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves. We didn't own a lot of tapes, and just watched the ones we had obsessively.

God, I don't know why, but that totally reminded me of "Real Genius" n' "Revenge Of The Nerds"...

Empire Strikes Back or WaterShip Down. I don't consider Watership Down a kid's movie ... IMO

I remember loving Mary Poppins, Visionairies: The Movie and Gremlins all equally

Favorite first movie...thats hard since I can't really remember that far.

I guess it had to be Hook...because I loved Peter Pan, and was enthralled by the story.

Its still a good movie, but I wouldn't watch it as much as I used to when I was a kid.
