Part 1 of plan: While most fabric softeners will help reduce static cling, I would instead like to make one that would increase the amount of static in a garment.

Part 2: Visit a large apartment building with about 30+ units. Then locate the laundry facilities which are usually found in the basement.

part 3: Wait as each tenant goes to use the dryer. Then when they are not looking, switch their normal brand of fabric softener with our super improved static inducing brand of fabric softener. Best time for this is usually early Saturday and Sunday afternoons when everyone is off of work.

part 4: sit back and enjoy the show...bring marshmallows. Should provide about a weeks worth of entertainment and wacky news articles on sites like SG.
