Metrosexuality

Why the hell do they even categorize men trying to look fasionably decient and groomed? It's apparently so different that it needs to be defined as something different than stylish. Ahhh good ol' media and blowing such a stupid thing WAY out of proportion. If metrosexuals are men grooming themselves properly and dressing well, then I must say that the enire film/television industry is metro...politicians too (they always get dolled up) :

but yeah,,, I think the term stylish applies just as well as metrosexual....

i don't see anything wrong with being "metro." of course there are some that take it too far. the guys that go for mani/pedi's and facials (not that kind). the guys that drop the same insane amount of money for a hair cut that the ladies do. the guys that iron their draws. alright maybe that is just anal. i have been so labelled in the past. but i don't pay anybody to groom me. guh, that freaks me out.

i think "metro sexual" only pertains to males, who dress snappy, spend way too much money and time on looking "perfectly messy" with their triimed and shaped stubble and just out of bed looking hair., and act and talk with a bit of a gay flair, following the big trend of gay male popularity in the media as of late.
think "Miami Vice" meets "Queer eye for the Straight Guy" or the local emoboy hippsters wearing girls jeans and pink buttondowns.
