Daniel Robert Epstein: Tilda Swinton

I've been a fan of Tilda since Orlando first came out my senior year of high school... She has since served as a fantastic litmus as to a project's credence and my enjoyment. She's long been a favorite actress of mine and any interview w/ her is a treat! Well done!

I've never noticed Tilda before. Thanks so much for the interview. It was entertaining, insightful, taught me much on independent films and gave me some good new titles to look up.

Watch Warzone if you want to see the range of her acting ability. She's fucking amazing in what is probably one of the most intense films I ever seen.

Anyone remeber Teknolust? She played several roles as inventor and 3 clone/robots. Simple story, not much to it, but she looked fantastic. The reviewer on iMDB did not care much for it, but it was one of the movies I most enjoyed at a film festival in Nashville back in 02 - Along with Little Otik and Phranc's Adventures in Plastic.

Tilda is a fascinating and extremely articulate woman. I would love to chat with her for even a few minutes. This interview was an awesome window into that incredible collective-ness she has where she seems all-business, and yet she is also extremely in-touch with the reality of her perspective.

For all the Tilda-fans (old ones and those to become) there's an exquisite Tilda-fan-book out there. I have it, adore it and admit that there's really not more to it then to give in for 'all of her many one faces'.
