In order to further the cause of creationism (oh, sorry, "intelligent design", ridiculous religious groups like Answers in Genesis have been buying famous dinosaur-related attractions and converting them to carry an anti-evolution, pro-creationism message.

According to the creationism theme parks, creationists believe that God created the world in six days, and dinosaurs all ate plants in the Garden of Eden until Adam and Eve sinned. Then some dinosaurs ate meat and hung out with humans for about 4,500 years until they were drowned in the great flood -- except for the pairs of baby dinosaurs on Noah's Ark. Those baby dinosaurs, according to these people, are the basis for stories about fire-breathing dragons.

Real actual scientists and museum curators think these people are fucking idiots.

How do these people fucking exist in modern society?!?

I never understood why some Christians are so determined to scientifically prove creationism. Christianity is based on having faith that God exists and you can't have faith in something that is already a universally accepted fact.

I think we should make it an event. We'll get some high school science textbooks and take them on the guided tours. Every time they start with the rhetoric we'll point out how full of shit they are.

I agree that these people are going a bit crazy with this shit, but you can't say that evolution is a universally accepted fact. There wouldn't be any debate over it if it were universally accepted now would there.

That life evolved on this planet is a readily accepted fact in the scientific community. How life evolved on this planet in detail is up for debate.

The saddest part about this statement is that any rational, researched debate within the scientific community is taken by creationsists as a sign that there is a war over the validity of evolution. In truth there isn't. Evolution is accepted by the majority. The fine details of the process are still being worked out.

But that won't stop the fundies...

Well, but there is a very big difference between not being "scientifically accepted" and simply not believing in it. The vast majority of objective scientists accept evolution. Those that don't generally have an agenda to support (Christian Scientists, etc.)
