Lusipher, it just occurred to me, you should make an effort to see Tampopo. This is a story about a terrible noodle cook and how her life is changed when a swarthy, truck driving stranger appears in her restaurant and changes her attitude toward food. It's a goofy Japanese comedy, a lot of fun.

I have three low-paying jobs I'm trying to put myself through school on; I lost my apartment at the end of October because my roomates decided that they didnt like living with a boy, even one that cleans and walks their dogs every day between jobs. My last girlfriend left me because I was broke all the time and didnt have a car. Momy and Daddy bought her car.If my mom didnt feed me sometimes I would be dead.

when I was super Po' and got tired of eating Ramen Noodles I switched to tuna fish and rice. It's just as inexpensive and slightly better for you. some rice with tuna mixed in...buy a small shaker of Lemon Pepper seasoning salt. The rice and the Lemon Pepper go a long way.
I cannot ever eat Ramen anymore...too many memories of sitting in the park, plugging a cheap ass coffee maker into the outlet at the gazeebo to heat up the water...ick.

bread is easier. sure, it doesn't keep as long but what you can do is buy wheat (which won't go bad as quickly as white), or store some in the freezer.

you can make sandwhiches galore! you can buy some pb+j, cheese, avocados (which are a little pricey), get some eggs and you can have sunny side up with bread...or scrambled with toast...french bread (get some milk)

crumble the dry noodles in a bowl and pour milk on top .. add sugar and it's just like weirdly shaped cheerios
ps.. don't add the flavor packet when fixing them this way.

If the object is to quell your appetite, try eating fats instead of carbs; fatty foods trip the "full" button in your brain, you can eat less without feeling it so much.
