The sample was 764, and I'd assume it was roughly divided by the 3 groups. That's not a generalizable sample. And they're not even long-term studies of the same people. correlation does not imply causation, etc etc. This stuff is by NO means conclusive, and it says so in the article.

I'm not going to worry just yet. I'm sure everything will be ok. Don't panic.
