I looked in the search to see if there was a topic specifically devoted to what I wanted to say, and there wasn't...so...here it is.
Has World of Warcraft stolen your soul? How about that of your significant other's?
Lately, it seems that most (luckily not ALL entirely) of my man's time has been devoted to WoW.

Am I alone, or are there other ladies (or gentlemen) who feel my pain? I vaguely remember Sydni mentioning the same problem. Can we start a support group?!

Haha, thanks AaronB. I'll have to show that to the guy...he can be with all the other addicts.

I'm thinking more along the lines of a support group for all those who have lost our friends, family members or boyfriends to WoW. smile Like the Al-A-Teen of the gaming world.

So, you're looking for a WoW Widows group? I don't think there is one. I love WoW but I can't see picking it over any of my friends or a girlfriend.

My first post was tongue in cheek. He's by far not picked it over me. He still makes time for me. WoW is just a new toy for him, really. I just know there are other girlfriends out there who probably feel a little left out that I thought I might be able to bond with a little. smile

I hear you on this one. My man hasn't even bought it yet, he's waiting til he can afford the subscription, but I still hear all about it. And what with the amount of time he already spends playing other games... Don't get me wrong, I like playing games as much as the next person, but Woe betide me the day he actually gets the thing. I'll never see him again frown
