Not only is the definitive collection of his music, Spurts: The Richard Hell Story, coming out August 2nd from Rhino Records but his new book Godlike, was just released on Dennis Cooper’s Little House on the Bowery imprint from Akashic books.

Thanks for the interview! I loved 'Go Now' and I'm definitely happy to see another novel from Hell (that's fun to say)... & um yeh ... the comment from the Scott Weiland lookin' guy is retarded...

though i like richard hell, he couldnt compare to thunders. i guess its because he didnt have the whole "too fast to live, too young to die" thing going for him. if only the two of them could have gotten over their egos. the heartbreakers would have been huge.

His book Go Now was really great. I think Meyers is his real last name.
