Without alcohol - probably a 2, I put cardboard over the windows so the moon doesnt wake me up.

With alcohol - 11, I have slept for 6 hours on my face in a parking lot before.

At my current age a 2 or 3.
As a child 9 or 10.
I am a walking sleep disorder textbook.
Insomnia, fairly frequent sleep paralysis, walking and talking.
But now I am going to try to go to sleep, for real.

This is going to sound hokey, but I have found that SG has actually improved my insomnia some, because the anxiety about not being able to sleep always made it worse. Now I know that if I can't sleep, I can get up out of bed and hop on my computer without disturbing my husband's sleep (the silliness board is always open for business!) I'm less likely to lie awake with only my own thoughts for company, thus increasing anxiety and prolonging the cycle.

I'm a 10.

I fall asleep quickly and sleep like a rock. Unless you hit me (hard) a couple of times, set off the house alarm, or get my dog to come stand beside me and bark until I take her outside, I'm probably not going to get up.

If I'm going to wake up earlier than my normal 8ish time frame, I usually need to set multiple alarms to wake up.

I generally sleep better during the day, so I'd say 2 for night-time and 5 for day-time. Either way it takes ages to fall asleep and I'm easily wakened.

On a bad night it can take me hours to fall asleep. Ususally it's a heavy sleep.
I'll say 7, on a good night.
Thanks for asking.
