I disagree,,, I think the main reason that a man would have penile surgury is entirely cosmetic (and that is, how he 'looks' to himself).

I just watched a show on this the other day, called "Penile Enlargement: Fact or Phallacy", and the plastic surgeons they spoke with said that most of the men coming in for the enlargement, were at least average sized, and often slightly larger than that.

Most people know that a penis only need to penetrate a few inches in order for it to be effective at sastifying a woman (although some say that woman can have a type of orgasm that only a longer penis can stimulate).

I mean,, I guess in the case of a real small penis, it might be something worth considering, but I don't think most that have it done, need anything changed in the first place (like most woman who get implants don't need to change anything either)...

They do, do they? That's a ridiculous sweeping assertion made up by someone to make themselves feel better for being lame in the sack. Some women might like only a couple of inches of penetration, of course, but there are just as many women who will admit that length or girth make a difference. And there are plenty of men out there who believe it makes a difference as well. The whole issue, and surgical procedure, would never have evolved if there wasn't some perceived sexual benefit. After all, its not like men walk around with thier schlong hanging out or at eye level for all to see, and be judged on.

I have seen a few TINY penises in my life and it really is a shame. Thankfully, these men learn to make up for it, generally by having the oral skills of 3 average men combined.
