She was never fat. Once she got married and had a kid, she no longer had a set of capital knockers. She probably had them surgically reduced. WHY?

She's still very beautiful though.

I wouldn't make that assumption. She's much skinnier now than she was before - the amount of weight on a woman can drastically change the size of her breasts, depending on how her body tends to put on weight. Until I see scars (which are usually pretty major after a reduction), I'll just assume she hasn't done anything surgical.
