For me, people should:
1. stop hurting each other
2. laugh, kiss, and cuddle more often
3. Get over themselves

I tend to think that #3 would lead to #1. wink

more storytelling. how come no one just wanders around telling stories anymore. i tend to think that when bards and wandering tale tellers vanished the world became a sadder place.

Wow. That's a mad good point.

TV = poor substitute for a good storyteller.

I firmly believe that 90% of people's unhappiness at least in the Western middle/upper-class world is that they're incredibly discontent with themselves and their lives.

And they think bigger breasts, smaller noses, more money, more friends, a nice car, and whatever else is going to somehow change that.

As for everyone outside that bracket, I'd imagine that food, water, and shelter would probably make them a lot happier.

Smile more.
I swear, it's depressing to leave the house when everyone's rushing around with scowls on their faces.

That, and like has been mentioned, more honesty.

Less fast food.

Less snow tongue

I live in a city with numerous colleges of varying sizes and I see barf all over the place. If people would be discrete about that, that would also help. Not that it alone would bring about world peace...

... but at least it would bring about less whirled peas .... har har puke

I'd agree, back to the old saying "money is the root of all evil". Not that I like being poor, you understand.
