The Enemas group would probably be pretty interested in that info. For myself, I try to keep from spurting water up my ass. I dunno, that's just me bok

Get Odwalla "Superfood." It is full of Spirulina. And tastes grreat!

Why would you purchase a stale bland beverage distributed by Coke when you could make for yourself a delicious fresh organic beverage that does not put money in the pocket of an evil corporation?

Coriander/cilantro is good for diabetics, it's an anti-inflammatory, and recently it's been studied for its cholesterol-lowering effects, you know.

Spirulina's not the only super food out there. wink

I believe it's good for you. I wish I could like it, cuz people sneak it in everything, but I just can't! Supposedly it's a genetic trait to find it disgusting.

you mean the grimy substance that accumulates on a mouse or other input
device after extended use?

No wonder you don't want cilantro with that

and what are you inputting it into?

Just for Olivia

You can adjust the amount of cilantro...and normally I don't skin my tomatoes. I use roma ones and more of them..

Home Made Salsa

* 4 big tomatoes
* 1 small onion
* 1 fresh jalapeno (2 if you want it spicy-hot)
* fresh cilantro (about 7 or 8 stems)
* 1 lemon
* salt to taste

Skin the tomatoes by dipping them briefly in boiling water (this makes the skin to come out really easy).
Chop them.
Chop the onion, jalapeno, and the cilantro and add to the tomatoes.
Add the juice of the lemon, and salt.

Sounds yum... but can't I just use italian parsley instead? It looks exactly the same!

I guess you could...but the taste isn't the exact same...try to use only a couple of sprigs at first...see if it is okay

I find that it is much better than store bought salsa, and always gets gobbled up by the guests immeadiately
