make then smaller

i right click the pic and select image size and then downsze it useing percentages 503 pixials is the perfect with i think so you an also make the width 503 and the lenght will sought it self out

use the save for web function.
remember that the journals will only show a pic that is 500 pixels wide or something. anything bigger will get cut off

here's a post that might be helpful.

I hope.

If you're using photoshop change the size to 500 pixels wide and then "save for web". save it as a jpeg and drop the quality down until it's under 100 kb.

i'm just trying to put them in my more pics folders.
and i'm getting frustrated.
i have a bad temper when it comes to my comp being slow and not knowing what i'm doing.
plus i'm really really really impatient.

if i'm uploading for SG, i right click the image to "create archive" (so, zippin' it)
you can have up to 500kb for zipped files. smile

or, as they've mostly all said; saveforwebsaveforwebsaveforweb!
