So I recently bought this decanter thing

And am stuck for what to fill it with.
I'd go with vodka, but I prefer that from the freezer an this isn't really a freezer container.
Then I considered wine, but the glasses're way too small for that.
So I turn to the board, looking for suggestions of drinks that're good unmixed and at room temperature.

It really doesn't look like it should hold scotch, it's certainly an option, but, I dunno, scotch in a green bottle?

Absinthe seems the obvious choice, although I dunno how regually I want to be drinking that.

It's slightly sinister how suggestions're coming in matched pairs.

Sake could work, aren't you suppose to warm it up or something though?
I don't think I've ever drunk it properly, just from really cheap cartons we bought for a laugh.

I picked it up on ebay, it was the set of glasses to go with it that really sold it to me.
But, yeah, I don't know anything about where it's from.

The glasses are roughly one uk shots worth, about 25-35 ml.

Pretty much only cheap sake is warmed up, to hide the craptastic taste. Good sake is generally, GENERALLY served cold.....
