People don't get nearly as nauseated w/ the Plan B compared to using regular birth control pills as morning-afters, because it's the estrogen found in regular BCPs that causes it -- Plan B is a progesterone-only product. Regular old BCPs will work as morning afters if taken in the correct dose but it is so high, the sudden rush of estrogen = city.
FYI: For those with delicate stomachs taking regular pills as morning afters -- you can insert them vaginally too -- you may still get pukey but at least you won't barf up the pills themselves!

I deal with hospital staff a lot in my job, they are the most unpleasant people you could care to meet.
