Best/Worst Gifts ever

What are the BEST/WORST gift you have ever given or recieved?

i need ideas, girlfriend bday and xmas are side by side!

I have a mad aunt. One year I recieved a broken breakfast bowl. This year I got a gift pack of Old Spice aftershave, at least 10 years old I'd guess.
My cousin wasn't so lucky; she got a tin opener for her 21st.

Best? My dad got me one of those swiss army knives with millions of blades. That was pretty cool.

BEST gift i got was my SNOWBOARD gear, ive been using it for 6 years now.

WORST gift i got is the classic, CLOTHES

my dad got me one of those, my mom took it away right after i opened the package.. i was like 8

worst: shaving cream, when I was 11. I didn't need it for another 2 years.

the best? *shrug* Maybe blank paper for drawing.

last year i made some kick ass mix cds, then made pretty labels and folded paper like cd cases to hold the CDs. everyone loved the mix. it was one of those things you can give to the people who you normally wouldn't give a gift to. for all the people you debate buying a gift for versus the obvious people who definitely deserve one

What I thought was pretty bad turned out to be my favorite to this day.

i once got a lion king sweatshirt... it was all white, and it came with markers and you had to color it. it was the UGLIEST thing ever. i think i was 14 when i got that, so i was in my big 'i hate everything' phase. heh

best:

anything compared to that sweatshirt.

Last year at our family gettoghether, my aunt/uncle got me and my cousin and my sister 2 packages of AA batteries...... It was not a dirty santa gift, it was not a joke and no one but us laughed....

On my birthday my stalker sent me a cows heart.

lucky bum. i always wanted to receive an organ in the mail.

best - anything i have given myself.. cuz i rule at picking out gifts!

worst - a chia pet.. remember those!? yeah they suck.. mine didnt work

I almost got a unicycle one year, but thankfully my dad found out and talked my mom out of it. I felt like I had a brush with death when he told me what almost happened. I got half my car insurance paid for instead, which was the best gift ever, if only by comparison.

i cant think of the best gift, but i know that the lame ass 9/11 cd i got last year was the worst. come on it had fucking backstreet boys on it. do i look like a 14 year old girl?

one of the worst presents I've recieved was a shirt from my dad. He and my mom had just divorced and it was the first time he EVER tried to buy me clothes. The shirt was sooo super tight, with yellow, white and black rugby stripes!! I looked like a fuckin bumble bee!! It makes me laugh every time I think of it.

My mom bought me a Mustard yellow sweatshirt and matching pants with stirrups. HIDEOUS was not enough of a word to describe this monstrosity.

Worst: Flourecent orange leather tie. It was maybe one inch wide too. Perhaps this would be cool now in a retro-new-wave sort of way but this was around '89 or '90 when I was in high school. Far to late for the first go-around and far too soon to be retro.

The same people also gave me a level one year.
