Hard to say, I usually know I had one but I don't really remember them. The ones I do remember are usually about someone I care about dying. I can't really say how often though, a few time a month maybe.

Had a bad dream last night, now I've been in a bad mood all morning.

Dreams of people close to me leaving or dying. Not very pleasant.

How often? Couldn't say. I almost never remember my dreams, good or bad, unless I wake up during them.

usually shit like forgetting to study for an exam or write a really important paper...sometimes i have terrifying dreams about being hunted by zombies or cannibals, though...the school ones are about once every week or so, the flesh-eating ones are far less and dont' really follow a pattern.

Zombies, last night.

I don't really know if it classifies as a nightmare. I was turned into a zombie, and then it was my friend and I running around looking for fresh yummy humans to eat. But I did wake myself up and forced myself to think of something else so I wouldn't continue having the dream, even though it wasn't actually scary. My dreams often turn scary, and I wanted to avoid that happening.

Straight up zombies!

This morning i dreamed i was being chased through a Christmas store by zombies and all I had was a tiny gun that kept getting jammed. It was scary and frustrating.

The last nightmare I had was about me being pursued by a deformed, crazed woman who was in love with me.

I also have dreamt about being chased by zombies, being trapped in a town filled with decapitated heads, being attacked by vampire Supergirl, and being a mouse and watching my grasshopper friend get devoured by evil bees.

And in all my dreams, attempts to defend myself (just like attempts to make it with dream women) prove incredibly ineffective.

I usually have nightmares for a couple weeks really often and then not very often for a couple months. I guess it depends on if I'm stressed out or thinking too much. Usually they involve me being completely alone somewhere usually in dirty gross water with dead bodies in it. (Is that weird or what?) Or fighting off zombies or serial killers (I seldom win since it's a nightmare). I also found out the other day that I sit up or even take my shirt off during certain dreams.. I mean I knew I sometimes talked in my sleep but moving around like that? How creepy am I? frown

My teeth falling out.
Floating and not being able to get down.
Really stressful waitress situations.

I never dream about monsters, always
weird shit that could happenin real life.
But not the floating in the air one, that's
just in my head. wink

I dream about the teeth thing too. It's supposed to be common.

people trying to kill me. i have a different version of this every night. last night it was that some shit (most importantly, cd's) out of my car while i was in it, so i chased after them. then the guys sat there while i climbed in the back of their truck to get it, and statrted shooting these cylindrial darts at me. they wouldn't kill me or anything, just hurt. and by the time i'd get the set out (each time they fired a set of 4), they have a nother one. but the good part was that after awhile i kept them after i took them out, and when the leader guy wasn't looking i ran and smashed them into his head.

the end.

i usually dont have traditional nightmares, i did have a very vivid dream about seeing a ghost while driving a couple weeks ago. usually my bad dreams involve someone i know that does something to piss me off. i had a dream last week that i was directing a video for danny lohner (ex nin) and that a good work friend of mine had fucked him while we were on lunch break during the video shoot. so i confront him and her and she lied at first, then admitted the truth so i started berating her for wasting time on the set and started making disparagine remarks about his musical ability. i know it stems from the fact that we had a thing going last year and i still kinda like her, and we just hired a new guy at work that i have a suspicion she may like so i'm mildly jealous. i just thought it was really funny that it manifested itself in such a strange dream.

I live out the movie Soylent Green in my nightmares. But instead of wafer-food, it's Pepsi. I run through the streets yelling "Pepsi is made of people!" but they just smile and offer me one.

Falling. I fucking hate falling dreams. I have at least a couple a year, and I always wake up screaming and in a cold sweat. Grrrr!

My other nightmares are so surreal as to be almost indescribable. And I hardly every remember all of them.

I had three dreams in a short period of time about my mother dying. But that was a while ago.

I almost never have nightmares. Only awesome adventure dreams. But I had one a while back where I was a little boy and there was a man, who I think was wooing my mother, but his whole purpose was to kill me, and I knew it. That one freaked me out. I woke up sure that someone was in my room.

another vote for zombies. usually being stuck somewhere night of the living dead type stuff. often enough that i notice it's a reaccuring theme.
recently, lots of end of the world type stuff. my apocolyptic anxieties are getting the best of me.
