Ok, so I am living at my inlaws at the moment and it just so happens that their phone number is one digit off from an escort servies number...I mean we get calls all day and night..some asshole from South Carolina did me the favor of making sure i was up by 8 am this morning looking to get his jollies...MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!!!! IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!



suggestions? besides changing the phone number, that's just not gonna happen..the inlaws have been dealing with this for 10 yrs now..it must not bother them too much.

And remember kids, when making crank calls always use a phone card. They tend to show up on caller ID as a simple 1-800 number instead of the number dialed from (at least mine does).

Also see if you can get their credit card numbers and other vital info. After getting as much info as you can, tell them that they just gave the information to a police officer and a squad car will be at their door shortly.

First off, I'd get a caller id and not pick up for any number I don't recognize. Secondly I would seriously think about fucking with a bunch of them.

My name is right next to Domino's Pizza in the phone book. Every Tuesday when pizzas are $5, I get about 3 calls from mouthbreathers in the dorms at the U here. I'm always amazed how rude they are on the phone before they realized they called the wrong number.

My number used to belong to a radio staton many moons ago, and occasionally (not frequently, but it's been known to happen) calls will come in for the station. Beyond them getting a new number or CID, I can't think of a way to make it stop.
