As far as I can see, courses called LEARNING TO READ A BOX OF CONDOMS should be given starting at all elementary schools, through college, through whatever work field.

I was sent to an evening charm school thing when I was 11. We were taught not only ballroom dancing, but how to write an invitation, set a table, accept (or give) flowers, etc.
