liquor vs beer

ok, Ive always had a thing with "beer people". you know the type - that are all into.....beer. Come on, its fizzy and gets you drunk...... what else is there? whos with me? so, this thread recalled to me the snippiness that beer people bring out in me - (Im drinking vodka straight as I write this) so come on, beer vs liquor? whos a hard drinker out there? recomend a good liquor or something, and away with these beer fags. right?

I can't drink spirits. I used to until I was 23, but now I drink too fast. With beer I have to drink slower (because I get bloated otherwise). And even then I still manage to get blind drunk (as a few SGAU members will tell you)

But if I go to a gig I'll have a couple of triple bourbons (straight-no ice) because it means I don't have to leave my great spot near the stage to take a piss.

yeah, liquors not all about going for the drunken haze- it impresses the chicks too - and its mad cooler than beer! makers is good sh't thats what michael gira was drinking at the local angels of light show *shigh*

I don't even touch beer, I'm more of a vodka and scotch drinker. As far as what I recomend I would have to go with Blavod. It's a black english vodka that is very smooth.

Ive never tried it - black vodka scares me - but now, Ill try it -

I have never liked beer.
If I'm going to drink, it'll be Makers Mark (usually in a manhattan), Jameson or Sauza Horrnitos.

Never tried any liquors except for a sample of habu sake and a sample of rose wine.

sake and wine are not liquors...... sorry.....
