Well, I'm not NOT stalking you, if that clears things up any.

I used to read a pretty amusing zine called Scaredy Cat Stalker, that focused on the only mildy obsessed and terminally unagressive crushes of its author. Here's a quiz from it to help you place yourself on the sliding scale of creepy behavior.

I've never stalked anyone, but I've been stalked. It was terrifying... And I mean the really creepy kind of stalking, ugh.

No one should have to go through that. Sadly, it's always possible for a determined person to make your life hell.

I imagine one crappy thing about that situation is not knowing what to do about it. I mean, do you confront the guy (or girl)? Becuase of the fucked-up mental state of the seriously obsessed, I'd worry that any kind of reaction might just encourage them.

i'm not sure if this would be considered stalking but one of my ex boyfriend's ex girlfriend got obsessed with me. she would show up at my work and talk to me about him. she would show up at parties that i was at and try to talk to me. any mutal friends that we had she'd constantly talk to them about me asking them "what does she have that i don't" because supposedly i had stolen her boyfriend. i still get suuuper creeped out when i see her but at the same time want to punch her in the face for being a stupid evil girl [other reasons].

p.s. put a black long straight hair wig on the singer of Sum 41 and that's what she looks like. seriously.

I'm far too lazy to be a stalker. I mean you have to spend all that time tracking people down, getting up in the middle of the night to creep around in the dark, keeping up with phone calls, letters, etc. Far too much effort with no rational purpose. I don't get it.

A bunch of my comic creator friends have creepy stalker stories. I'm so new that I haven't yet, at least not based on my comic work, and I'm beating a hole through wood that I never do, but I tend to be really trusting and not as cautious as I should be, so I hope I don't learn the hard way.

I've had two situations that bordered on stalking in the past, and right now there's this one girl that is starting to act a little creepy, but she's not over the top yet, so I'm hoping it's just a crush and she really *does* understand that I'm not looking for a g/f right now. Still, she's made at least one "playful" threat, and that, even in jest, is one too many for my taste.
