ITT: I epxress my jelousy toward New Yorkers

I wish I lived in New York City. Maybe some day

Yes you do. And no, you can't.

One day I will visit New York. I wouldn't like to live there, though. Big crowded cities don't really do it for me.

after you visit, you'll either love it and want to stay forever, or hate it and never want to come back.


I loved it.

I lived there for four years and loved it, despite my deep and true hatred towards the Yankees which runs in my very blood. Other than that, I adore the city with all of my heart. Hell, I even majored in Urban Studies.

But Boston is my home, and here I am. I love this city with a true and total passion as well.

My love of both places makes me a sort of anomoly. But Boston wins because the Red Sox are forever better than the Yankees.

I'm the same way. I've been lucky enough to spend a good amount of time in NYC and Boston, and I love them both. A lot.

But Philadelphia is my home.

When I finish my journalism degree...eventually...I'm gonna submit applications and porfolios to every paper, magazine, internet site, and newsletter in manhattan.

That's exactly why most people live here now -- they visited and fell in love with it.

I'll go back someday, to the land of my peoples. I can hear it calling to me on lonely winter nights.
