“There was a yellow recycling bin, and the lid was flipped open. And Inside the dumpster was a pile of rocks, boulders. And you could see a hand in there.”

That hand belonged to an 8-year-old girl that survived an attack by 17-year-old Milagro Cunningham. Cunningham is being charged with attempted murder, sexual battery on a child under 12, and false imprisonment of a victim under 13.

But she hung on and the police found her. In a landfill, in a recycling bin, covered in debris.

That little girl will one day kick all of our asses.

Hopefully that guy's most of all. He better get his ass kicked to hell and back. Fucker.

If he did it, yeah.

Oh, he'll get his. And rightfully so. It's amazing she survived. I hope she'll be able to function in life and not let this completely ruin her. So so sad.

The little girl identified him and he confessed. He deserves to be strung up by his toes, at the very least.

This situation will be rectified in a way because once that guy hits prison and the other immates find out what he did, he'll be sodomized until the sky turns plaid. Unfortunately, that girl will have nightmares her entire life about this ordeal.

They are saying that on Thursday they will look to charge him as an adult and the charges will be changed to attempted murder, rape, and kidnapping.

You left out the crux of the story. The part about her attacker being an illegal alien with multiple prior arrests in this country that did NOT get him deported.

Just like the illegal alien who killed a Denver cop over the mother’s day weekend as a result of not being let back into a Christening ceremony he was disrupting.

Or the LA Sheriff who was killed by an illegal alien with a prior US arrest for carrying a machine pistol.

Or the fact that we spend over 4.2 BILLION dollars on incarcerating illegal aliens convicted of crimes committed on US soil.

OK...Mexico is not doing so well. In the US, just after the 13 colonies were settled, the landowners started to make things suck. So we fought back (led by Sam Adams...yes, the beer guy), then again during slavery...civil war. Then things looked like they were going to suck in the 60’s. Yay! To the American rebels.

If there is one thing to be thankful for, at least its in Florida where the death penality isnt just a cutesy phrase for life w/o parole. They are 2nd only to Texas in their rate of exicutions. To bad we couldnt just give all the cash it will take to prosicute, defend, convict, house, feed, provide medical and psychological care, and (oh please) finally kill him to that little girl and her family.

Well, that's not actually the crux of the story. The crux of the story is that a troubled 17-year old boy with a minor record (throwing a rock through a car window) raped and left for dead an 8-year old girl.

You want to make a point about the state of immigration in the U.S., go ahead, but it isn't the crux of this story.

This kid was not a Mexican who came here instead of "fixing his own house." Hell, I don't even find anything that says he was illegal. For all we know, he was born here, making him a natural-born U.S. citizen. His mother lives in the Bahamas, and essentially abandoned him with an aunt - in Florida. His father died, and his mother abandoned him. And you think his immigration status has anything to do with what happened?

Shame on him for not getting himself back to the Bahamas, where he belonged!
