Ya wal-mart vice president said it was "disgusted" by there behavior. They really didn't have anything to do with the actions of these men. I apologize for not making that more clear.

someone should that guy with a pellet gun. repeatedly. then wrap him in shrinkwrap alive. then joke about how they shot an ignorant asshole with a pellet gun.
all they had to do was take the cat to a (non killing) animal shelter.

i never received a handbook when i worked there, so i have no idea.
they did, though, make me watch hours of film about the founder of wal-mart. they made the guy out to be some sort of guru.
