You would think that when someone has enough money (or a stinkin pile of cash) to make Joe Perry's Rock Your World Boneyard Brew Hot Sauce" they might not be able to pull off a solo album but all that money has been put to good use. I got sent a promo copy of Joe Perrys latest self titled solo album and boy was I surprised when I popped it in and heard Joe Perrys voice. That was a big surprise and an even bigger surprise was when I realized that the vocals were just as good as the guitar riffs.
You know Mr. Perry has earned his way. A tough fuckin biz he is in. He made it and has stayed. I have a lot of respect for him; so Joe keep on rockin and please try to avoid that tree.
I'm a fan of his playing style even though I'm no longer a fan of Aerosmith's music. The guy has written some awesome guitar parts over the years.

I dig his guitar playing, always thought aerosmith should have gone more in the blues direction, check out the Lightning in a Bottle DVD, they had a few good performances on their, as well as many other blues greats.
Joe Perry is one of the greats! Those guys have been out there rockin' for a lot of years, and have made an outstanding contribution to the music industry. They have my admiration and respect!
Joe is a true musician, and loves his work. I'm looking forward to listening to this new album.
