as far as god im not sure what i believe. its one of those things where both sides seem to have valid arguments. actually to me its more like one of those things where neither sides seem to have valid arguments. either way theres no clear choice for me.

as far as morals i have very strong personal morals. i tend to disagree with a lot of people on this site on a lot of things, but i also tend to just keep my mouth shut and mind my own business.

i'm an omnitheist. i accept and believe that all religions are right, true and correct simultaneously. i accept all gods, deities, spirits, fae, kami, etc. and offer them the respect and consideration they are due. in return, i acknowledge no one of them as supreme or concrete and expect to be treated in the same manner by all the aforementioned entities. so far, aside from the occasional conversation and prank, the gods have respected and left me alone. its a terribly good system as the gods seem to accept it and it leaves me able to study all the various faiths and take what is pleasant and interesting to me from them. and remember, we created the gods so they could create us... and not only is that possible its true.

i recently described myself as a "festering agnostic." as opposed to a "seeker" type agnostic. maybe thats
a "gnostic". well, they're cool, too. but since i know "nothing" of religious truth, gnostic i ain't.

I'm not religious, I don't believe that any religions are right, I haven't taken from other religions to make my own (though some say some nice things I happen to agree with), I'm not spiritual and I don't believe in any sort of god.

There.

Ha.

edited for stupidity.

I was raised in a completely atheist house, but as I've gotten older I've definately found my own spirituality as somthing to enrich my life, but not control it. It all really started when I read The Mists of Avalon. I think I was a priestess for the goddess in another life. I love the idea of the existence of the goddess in the spirit of all living women. Haha, I have a tattoo on my ass to remind me of the goddess inside. The times I feel most at peace with myself is when I'm in nature feeling like I have a connection with my surroundings. I think I should find out more about wicca, I think I could really get into that.

my definition of religion is way too long to go into, but i have 100 pages written that might begin to explain it...
i like to study it. to talk about it, to think about it, and to experience ritual.
i tend to lean towards the eastern philosophies, personally... but western mysticism gets me every time... as well as all those existentialists... and the ancients... creation myths....
but i hate fighting.

I'm a devout agnostic. I strongly believe I have no idea. wink

I'll leave it at that. Don't want to argue this one again.

i believe in a mix of buddhism, the tao, and modern physics. i also believe there's a gap where science and spirituality are trying to answer the same questions.

After many experiences with hallucinogens, I have to say that there is a "god" or whatever you want to call it, and religion is the worst thing to ever happen to it. I just see god as being the force that is holding everything together. Kinda like in Star Wars. I think we are all constantly in the same moment, even though the things that seem to make that moment may seem to change, I think it all stays relatively the same. It's like that thing with Phillip K Dick, where this chain of events happened to him and it was exactly like one of his books. Then he went to a priest and told him what happened and the priest said he just described the book of Acts. Freaky. I also have this theory that many of the religions from past societies such as The Egyptians and the Greeks, and maybe even the Bible were started by beings from other parts of the universe that are far more advanced than us. I don't think it really matters what you believe. It's all the same in the end. Exist without labels. Piece Out!

I was raised in a Baptist family...eh
I am not Christian, I'm more of a pantheist, animist, religion is just someone's interpretation of god, which is love anyways ..religion has no basis..cause life is a journey not a destination.
