extracting MP3s from DVD audio

i want to do it right now. without spending money. or contracting viruses. please help me

dvd audio is multiple channels, right? an mp3 cannot recreate this... if the disc also contains a two channel stereo signal play it in your computer and use a sound capture program to record it as an mp3

will do the trick, the trial version will record 1:30, so if yer cheap, you can splice the track back together? its cheap enough to buy tho.
