i have a really strange obsession with BBQ right now. specificly BBQ chicken. i mean i can eat that shit all fuckin day. i just made a BBQ chicken sandwich. yesterday i had a 10 piece mcnugget with chipotle BBQ sauce for lunch. i had the same the day before. theres a bar and grill a couple blocks away that has an amazing BBQ chicken breast sandwich. they know me by name now because i go there a couple times a week to eat. i have a bottle of sweet baby ray's BBQ in the fridge at all times for whatever i may have to eat. chicken, pork chops, whatever. i use BBQ on fries instead of ketchup. i cant get enough. the other day, i told my GF that i was gonna cover her in BBQ and lick it all off.....

what food and/or condiment are you obsessed with?

When I was in highschool I use to do the strangest thing...
I'd walk over 2 miles or so to go over to my friends house to hang out and watch dvds and eat frozen coolwhip (thats in a tub) and green olives.

mmmmm.

that is strangely not my weirdest food obsession or combination

guacamole. I check the avocados every time I go to the grocery store - even though I know that I won't be buying them - still have to do it.

Not passing judgement since I fall into the "When I was your age, we didnt have DVD's. We had to use this thing called a VHS tape. And we were only allowed to watch these tapes after we had walked 5 miles, uphill, in the snow, to and from school. And bread cost a nickle" camp as well

I had all kinds of weird food cravings/obsessions in high school. Two favorites:

White House dressing on a plate, add terikayi sauce, soak up with a piece of bread. MMMM!

This one's a bit more complex:

Squaw bread, add a thin layer of butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Add Comstock apple pie filling. Lightly dust with cinnamon and nutmeg, add copious amounts of chocolate chips, pop into the microwave until the chips just *start* to melt, then eat with knife and fork. Oddly enough, this coincided with another obsession - I would eat this every single time I watched Twin Peaks. biggrin

[Edited to change the bread type]
