Or... hmmm... if you've never seen the Martin Scorsese flick After Hours I just got my copy of that int he post yesterday and it is one of the best movies ever made... The Secret Of My Success meets Kafka.

This week I also watched Death To Smoochy, Confidence and Matchstick Men which I enjoyed in that order (as in DTS was the best and Matchstick Men somewhat ho hum but still entertaining.)

Confidence was like a cross between Ocean's Eleven and Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels and features an excellent star turn from Dustin Hoffman who manages the difficult task of being loveable AND scary as hell all at once.

So do I. Whenever I go without something specific in mind, I wind up roaming the store for an hour.

Rent. . .episodes of Firefly.
Or rent Being There.
And Idjiit's reccomendation is good too. Harold and Maude is terrific..

Don't ask me; the only movies I watch anymore are Westerns or WWII movies.

But if you like those genres, I will totally hook you up.

I just rented "This Girls Life" yesterday, but haven't watched it yet so I guess I can't speak of its relative quality. However, it sounds really good.

Also, "I Heart Huckabees" is so much better than a C+.

But I'm going to give you recommendations from my namesake: Rent either "Glengarry Glen Ross," "Oleanna," or "State and Main."

I kinda want to see "The Piano Teacher" again right now. Perhaps you should get that.
