Puppy Chow:

1 stick butter
2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Peanut Butter

Combine these and melt them together and while still piping hot pour over a full box of rice chex cereal in a huge bowl. Use big spoon or spatula to mix very quickly before it starts to cool. You have to work quick to be able to coat every rice chex. Then put in huge container with lid or extra large zip freezer bag and pour in 2 cups (or more to your liking) of powdered sugar. Shake like mad until fully coated (it will look grayish white. Bright white means too much powdered sugar and may be too sweet and take away from the pb and chocolate). Put in fridge for at least 1 hour and serve cold.

I also just got introduced to eating vanilla ice cream with Lime wedges! Cut limes into wedges and then use them to scoop vanilla ice cream out of the bowl then eat. YUM.

They're even better when you fry them quick and then take them out and fry them again after they've cooled down.
