Derek Jeter was hysterical I thought...

That's true, he really was. (And yes, I am a rabid Red Sox fan). The point/counterpoint "Derek Jeter Sucks/No I Don't" was hysterical. As was Jeter referring to himself as a love child of The Rock and a muppet.

Me too. Good stuff.

And

OSU>Meeechigan.

And how many fuckeye QBs have won the Superbowl?

And how many have even PLAYED in the Superbowl?

In fact, who is the best OSU pro QB? Art Slechter?

Edited to add one of these: tongue

You're right. And Tim Biakabatuka was also much better than Eddie George and Archie Griffin. There must be some reason why about 15 Buckeyes are drafted every year.

Call me when there's an OSU Superbowl MVP. Because we've had 3.

Besides, but Eddie George isn't DREAMY like Brady. *swoon*

National Championships? Pshaw. Our guy is HOSTING SNL!

That's almost as good.

OSU should play Michigan like once a month, regardless of time of year. Easily my favorite thing related to sports.

Does the Rock count as a professional athlete? Cause he was pretty damn funny too.

The Charles Barkley one will always be etched in my heart, because watching SNL with my parents in the afternoon (when it came on live in Japan) was the first time I ever saw Nirvana outside of the Teen Spirit video. They played "Heart-Shaped Box." I also remember the Barney skit with his distended eyeball and it gave me nightmares.

Sports hosts are often unintentionally comedic, though. Which is more than I can say about pop-singer hosts. Except for Justin Timberlake. He was hilarious. Christina Aguilara is a humor vacuum.

Yeah, Timberlake surprised me, A LOT.

Andy Roddick was pretty good. He did that bizzarre time-travel/Andre Aggassi sketch.

I think Tom Brady did a really good job. It seemed to me like he learned his lines better than most of the movie/tv celebs that host (who prefer to fuck the dog and just read the cards), and most of the skits were pretty funny.
'Cept for The Falconer. That really sucked.
