Very poor. I'd hoped when I quit smoking it would help a bit. It hasn't. Cursed.

Very bad. I apparently have very low blood pressure.
I'm always cold, my hands and feet are always like ice, and my arms and legs are always falling asleep.
Always.
Meditating is quite uncomfortable, which is ok, since I suck at it anyway.
I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes, and I won't be able to move my arm because it's asleep. So I have to wait for the pins-and-needles to go away, since I probably woke up because I had to wee... and it wasn't because I was sleeping on my arm or something, it just... fell asleep. Like it was tired, too?
I have issues.

There is a condition known as Reynaud's Disease, also something else called Reynaud's Syndrome, that some of you might want to do a Search on; as I understand it there's not much you can do for it, and if you lean toward hypochondria then maybe I should have just kept my mouth shut. But if a doctor diagnoses you with it, at least you'll have more information than you had--

In my experience lady's feet and butts are naturally cold. Nothing like being woken up to an icy butt leaning against you in the middle of the night. No offence ladys. Maybe it's the fact that my body is like a bloody hot water bottle.

poor circulation runs in my family, too-my mom and i both have it something fierce. my toes will go completely numb and white a quarter of the way up my foot, even when i'm wearing two pairs of socks and it's 40 degrees and sunny. my fingers have a similar problem, except usually just one goes white and numb. it's fun to poke for a bit, but hurts like a bitch when the blood decides to come back.

On the other hand, you must save a ton of money on dishwashing soap.

My circulation is 26,000. But I expect it to go up after I snag those writers from the Chronicle...

Blood presure is great ( thats a shock to most people) and my circulation is great. But everytime someone says I have warm hands they always say "warm hands cold hart". Is that bad?
