I'm all about trucks necessary for labor, sir, I support you and your vehicle selection.

Holla back, I'd really like to add you to my ignore list.

Wow, a hummer-bashing thread. How original. We can add it to the other 4,876,045 other hummer-bashing threads.
Perhaps you'd like to start a shaving thread and a spread-teh-leg thread and get it out of your system all at once?

That sounds rad as fuck... then I'll add your reply to the "being sarcastic without being funny in the slightest way" replies and you can masturbate feverishly to your own imagined wittiness, how's that sound?

Nah, i'll pass, thanks. I wasn't trying to be funny, incidentally - my response was just as flat, lifeless and predictable as your thread topic.

You're welcome.

I ride the bus and/or walk wherever I go.

Therefore, I am morally superior to everyone in this thread.

Also, I like blowjobs.

When riding my biclcyle to work, I make it a point to spit at those cars as I see them. Unless you're transporting 12 soldiers through the desert there is no need for that kind of a vehicle.

I'm should start carry SG stickers with me and start to tag them. smile

are you in 4th grade?

or don't they jail people for fucking with personal property where you live?

No darlin', its called a peaceful protest. (well, almost) It's not like they're threatening to bash the windows of every hummer they see. I used to rip the hood ornaments off of Mercedes when I was in high school. I'm not proud of it, and I wouldn't do it now, but I can say in comaprison, a mere stickering is NOTHING!

My problem with those cars, is they are a huge waste of natural resources. There is no need for a car like that for personal transportation. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

Its everything that is wrong with America, in car form.

The ELF needs to make a comeback -- http://www.cdfe.org/hummer_arsons.htm

Now then, all of you saying you hate hummers. How many of you have SUV's and or trucks? They burn about as much gas. And as to why the Naperville Fire Department has them >someone stated earlier and since I live in Naperville I can say< they are used as command vehicles. Rugged and reliable. Everyone specifically targets Hummers when SUV's and trucks are far more affordable and more prevalent. If I had the money I woudn't have an H2 but rather the original model. I thought of buying one that had been in the Gulf War a few years ago but decided against it simply becuase I didn't have the cash at the itme. Otherwise I would have.

Oh yeah, something even better. How about all the mindless morons that feel the need to drive their car everywhere they go despite the fact that they could ride a bike a mile or so to their destination. Even economical cars are abused. I drive a shitty 1991 Honda civic sedan type that gets 30 miles to a gallon but even with that I drive conservatively.

I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it to page 3, see after a whole week of new job training I made the mistake of reading the whole spring cleaning thread... from start to finish, I'm spent

maybe it's just that I worked my ass off to afford my car. if someone comes along and spits on it, or sticks something on it, or whatever....that's fucking with me. that's not thumbing your nose at "the man" that's being stupid. that's all....and it's likely to get a beat down.
[Edited on Apr 05, 2005 by dkmfc]

A lot of us work our asses off -- that doesn't entitle a person to act like a reckless asshole. And frankly, doing your best "little Eichmann" impersonation impacts a hell of a lot more people than a little spittle on your clearcoat. Driving an automobile that 9/10 of the world population undoubtably finds reprehensible is simply that reckless. And we're gonna let you know.
