First, my aunt and uncle were on some countryroad and it was dark.
Then they saw a woman standing at the side, she was dressed all white, had looong black hair and looked down but she had her thumbs up just as if she was a tramper.
Then, when they got closer she suddenly looked up and her face was all white as well and her lips were red.
My aunt and uncle were so freaked out and just drove past as quick as possible but when my aunt looked in the driving mirror she could see her on their backseat, she turned around but that woman was gone.
They SWEAR it really happened.
OMG that's creepy! I don't know what I'm doing reading this kind of things at 3 am!
My mom and brother had a similar experience, they were driving through a path to my country house one night, and said path is in the middle of the countryside, with country house paths and doors at its sides. In one of them, they saw a young woman with very long hair wearing old brown clothes, and they freaked out, because it's not normal that someone is in that path at night (all the doors of the country houses are closed and there's no lighting apart from the car headlights) and she looked creepy. She didn't sat in the car's backseat though.
Sorry I was away for a bit, but I've read everything, and I'm coming back to my thread and bumping it cuz this stuff is great. I'm creeping myself out at 130 in the morning.
Slander that was a really freaky tale and I have goosebumps!
I suddenly remembered something that happened to me... although it's not particularly as fascinating as most stories here. About nine months ago myself and my other half were in the bedroom, just going to bed. We had just finished watching a movie, and he went to shut off the TV, and then the DVD player. But he couldn't find the remote, and as he looked around for it, I noticed that the DVD player was already turned off. Ok, so we shut out the light and went to bed... and just as I was drifting off, I noticed a blue light out of the corner of my eye. The DVD player was on again. We turned the lights back on, and located the remote on the floor at the other end of the room. I thought it was weird, and we both shrugged and went back to bed. Sometime that same night, something woke me up. I can't describe how creepy this was. Halfway between sleep and wake, I swear there was someone - specifically a dark, shadowy, sinister male - next to the bed, leaning over me. I might have imagined, or heard a deep breathing sound, and I woke up fully. Only to feel absolutely freaking freezing... and this is in the middle of the summer. I was shivering, as if the temperature had dropped 20 degrees, and then it just went away, the temperature seemed to return to normal, and the feeling was gone. Maybe this was just a result of my brain playing tricks on me during a REM cycle... who knows.
Nother for me, My old cd player was on of those with a real push button, the kinda that go in then out when it's off. Once while listening to music it was shut off. Something push the button in and turned it off! we always had these kinda things happen and had fun with it tho.
my dad used to be a fireman, he swears this story is true. When on the night shift they sometimes did the ouija board for something to do when not on call. One particular night it spelt out a guys name, a couple of hours later they got called out to a house fire. An old guy had been burnt to death in his house. One of the firemen noticed that on a shelf was a bible with the guys name embossed on the leather cover, which was the name the ouija board spelt out. I know it sounds really far fetched, but my dad insists that this happened. he doesn't really like talking about things like that to me and has always warned me against doing a ouija board.
when i was a kid,me and my mum saw a black cat walk up near us in the garden and litterally disappear. That was really freaky, it kind of faded away into nothingness like in films
