Yeah, this is an April Fool's joke. It was already exposed.

Most of the people on camera keep composure but in the last bit about securing the trees a guy is smiling.

I would have taken this seriously if theonering.net wouldn't have already pulled the wool over my eyes a couple of years ago by announcing that Return of the King was going to be pushed back 5 months on April Fool's.

PS, the movie industry is about money. So making a movie for money isn't really selling out, that's kinda the point of making movies.

Besides......do you not get the April Fool's joke? It's not a Kong trilogy, Jackson's long since announced his next project...and it's not Kong.
