Some may argue in favor of the well endowed "Tifa Lockheart" but i'm all for Terra from FF3. OWWWWWWW!!!! Between her punky green hair, her half divine heritage and the fact she is a wounded, Petrarchan lover, how can you say no?

Lulu has my vote hands down. no doubt about it. tifa comes in second though. i like tough women. but she cant beat the goth woman from FFX.
