But the elderly people of Naples, Fl are fucking stupid. A group of retired ppeps here just had the speed limit in our neighborhood lowered from 25 to.... that's right 23 miles per hour. Now, don't get me wrong, things are always safer for little kids and people walking their dogs and stuff when cars are going slower, but why not 20 miles an hour? I mean, i dont even have a mark on my speedometer for 23 miles an hour! Ghheeeyyy.

there is a small subdivision by my parent's house that the sign says 13 pmh.

I'm still saying it's a Photoshop. Have a friend take a picture of you standing in front of the sign...holding a can of string beans....and I'll believe it.

It's definitely photoshopped. If you enlarge it in Photoshop...you can see that the forger did too good of a job. The border around the speed limit sign is too perfect. There's no distortion in the pixels.

I know what you're trying to say...but it would still have no effect on the actual picture. No matter how perfect the sign may be in real life...the image will distort when it is enlarged....unless, of course, the image has been doctored.

Yeah, i lived in a place with signposts like that, but I did what Cash suggested, and the post is round, yet there are not bolts holding the sign to the post. If you zoom in it looks as if it is just magically floating there.

It's crazy...but it just...might...work.
