If they were prescribed to your ex she probably needs them for one reason or another and you should give them back.

I have an ex who takes klonopin for dissociative identity disorder (multiple personalities). It's used for various conditions. What is the dosage? I believe 2mg is the highest available.
I think you can find a way to get them back to her. Mail them, give them to one of her friends, etc. It's the right thing to do.
